One of the things you must plan for is your internship, which you need to complete before CSUF hands you that hard-earned, much-desired diploma.
If you've thought about and prepared for it, as well as gotten approval from Ms. Amber Wilson, the Department of Communications' Internship Coordinator, then hopefully, you've found some strong employers, organizations, associations, agencies, and/or non-profits, and have sent the Human Resources person(s) or better yet, a CSUF alum at those locations, an email - make sure the HR person gets a formal cover letter and your updated, error-free resume - indicating your desire to work for that company.
Once you've gotten the offer for the internship, prepare and learn as much about the role you will assume once u Be a sponge and absorb everything, and always have an ulterior motive, which is to do such a good job, the company would be lost if it didn't hire you full-time when your internship ends. Discuss that at about the mid-point of your internship and keep a list of everything you've done and the accomplishments/contributions you've made.

Discuss a transition to full-time at about the mid-point of your internship and keep a list of everything you've done and the accomplishments and contributions you've made. Be prepared to justify your salary request, too.
Once you're on board, pay it forward and do the same thing for the next Titan who's looking to start their career with an internship.
